RETURN POLICY

Full priced items may be returned for a full refund. If there is a problem with size or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please inform me (hellolalo@gmail.com) as quickly as possible, preferably no later than three days. The returned article must arrive unworn and unused to my studio within 10 days from the day you received it for a full refund. Your order will be refunded once I have the product in hand. 

Sale items are non-refundable. I encourage you to contact me with questions about sizes and fits before ordering sale items.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is to be paid by the customer. All returned items must be insured for the full amount and shipped using a tracking number. 

Custom orders and Art/Craft Show Purchases are final sale.
